Venom IT Ltd is a Cloud hosting and cyber security wholesaler based in Manchester. This privacy policy explains what we do with any personal data that you submit to us when using our website.

How will we use your personal information?

We will use your personal data to help us manage your account and to send you information that you have requested. If you choose tosign up to one of our mailing lists, you will receive emails relating to thelist you joined, as well as occasional relevant marketing emails. You may optout of any list at any time should you wish. Exercising your Right to be Forgotten is not, however, an absolute right certain regulatory requirements or data retention legislation may supersede your Right to be Forgotten. Onceyou have opted out, you will not be contacted again for marketing purposes.

If you fill out a contact form to request a quote or moreinformation about one of our services, you will only be contacted about thatspecific service unless you requested additional information. You will not be automatically added to anymailing lists, and your data will be deleted during our biannual data purge,unless you become a client, in which case your data will kept for a minimum of 6 years in line with HMRC rules for Limited Companies found here:

How do we protect your information?

As cyber security specialists, Venom IT has above-average systems in place to protect your data. We implement a variety of security measures when a user submits their information, such as frequent malware scanning, military-grade firewalls and strict access control. Those with access rights are required to keep the information confidential at all times. We also use email filtering, monitoring, penetration testing and security patching to keepyour data safe from breaches.

Third party providers such as Autotask, HubSpot and MailChimp have been vetted to uphold similar high standards of data protection.

Can you access your information?

You have the right to request a copy of the information at any time. If you would like to know some or all of the information that we holdabout you, simply email or write to us with your request. We will provide theinformation within one month. This service is free, however, in circumstancessuch as repetitive or spurious requests, or requests requiring disproportionate effort, there may be a charge.

Do we share your information?

We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personalinformation to any third parties without your specific permission. Venom ITwill not share your information with anyone else unless you give us specific permission to, unless we are required to do so by law, as stipulated in the laws of England & Wales.

What about cookies?

Venom IT does use cookies but not for tracking purposes. Youcan choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, oryou can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browsersettings. Since each browser is different, look at your browsers help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you do turn cookies off, some of the features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.

If you would like to be removed from our database, please feel free to contact us. If you wish to be taken off any of our mailing lists, please use the unsubscribe link in an email from each list.


We do not collect Personal Information from anyone we knowto be under 13 years of age. If we are made aware that information is or has been submitted by a child aged under 13, we will delete this information.
