Junior 1st Line Support Technician – MSP

Role to be based at Venom IT’s office in Sale, Manchester.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated 1st line IT support engineer to join an established market leading IT solutions organisation.  We are looking for an individual who not only has the technical prowess but one that also comes across well and is keen to progress. This is a significant role for a junior 1st line help-desk engineer or possibly an apprentice looking for the next step up in their career. Venom IT will give you the environment and support needed in order to grow and progress your career in IT.  

You will be required to provide remote support and you will also get the opportunity to get involved in exciting projects. You will also get the chance to support and be associated with leading customers from around the country.

Essential experience:

  • Microsoft Exchange/Office365

Desirable experience:

  • Experience with any other Microsoft Products

Salary – up to £18,000 per annum DOE
