IT Help-desk Technician – MSP
Role to be based at Venom IT’s office in Sale, Manchester on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
There is a possibility of role becoming permanent after this period.
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician with prior experience of working in a similar role or customer facing services role with the following skills:
· Knowledge of common PC applications
· Experience of providing telephone support
· Experience with creating and maintaining help desk tickets
· Experience of working co-operatively with a broad range of internal and external contacts and groups
IT Help Desk Technician Role Outline
· To log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate their resolution
· Assist with the compilation of documentation, guidelines and procedure
· Redirect and escalate support requests to our managed service desk team
Salary up to £18,000 per annum DOE
