Venom IT are currently recruiting for an MSP Sales Executive to join this highly successful, well established and fast growing UK based MSP IT solutions company.

Based and working within a busy IT office, you will report to the Sales Manager, you will be part of a team that’s sole aim is to provide highly successful, well established and fast growing UK based IT solutions company. Our key products include cloud, server, desktop and application support. The company has many prestigious partners and has worked with a number of established enterprises. Venom IT is looking for someone who is a good communicator with bags of enthusiasm and tenacity, must have previous proven track record in a Sales environment, previous IT Sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Job Role

Duties

  • You will be required to sell the company’s solutions and services to any sector.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and email.
  • Follow up cold and warm leads to qualify and book initial meetings.
  • Use LinkedIn to find potential clients and businesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new clients.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Create detailed proposals using ConnectWise sell.
  • Regularly update CRM and maintain a detailed pipeline.
  • Support the Sales Manager with other sales and customer relation tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven track record within previous sales roles.
  • Experience in IT Sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation.
  • Work well within a team. Not afraid of putting ideas to the table in order to improve/enhance the Department.
  • Organised.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • A proactive hunter.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Positive, go-get, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office package.
  • Experience of using CRM systems, desirable not essential.
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written.
  • Tenacious and hungry to learn, develop and make a difference.
  • Excellent presentation skills to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the sales cycle.
